I had been looking to purchase a Jobo Giga Vu PRO evolution 40gb PSD for the last couple of weeks...
All the companies I usually deal with - B+H Photo/video, Samy's camera, Bel Air camera, or have heard of - Calumet, Adorama, Tri State camera, etc. were ALL(!) out of stock with this product...
And I quickly had to find it for this last weekend photo session I had planned...
The Epson 3000/5000 PSD can't handle my large Canon eos1ds-Mark II files -jpeg + raw, and after researching the Jobo Giga Vu PRO evolution PSD I found out it could...
Yet NO ONE I trusted and had done business with before had it in stock!
Of the other companies I had heard of and looked into, Tri State camera listed online that they did have it in stock, yet upon reading up on their store rating I read of a few people who ordered products online and were charged and then found out the products were on backorder or was not in stock...
I even called Tri State camera directly and was told that NO, they do not have it in stock, though online it still said they did!
Researching a bit more on Google, I found out about PeddlerStore.com who listed the item in stock -(4 remaining) , and learning from my experience with Tri State camera, I called and spoke with Steve, who said that yes they had the item I wanted(!), and that if I ordered it within a few minutes - (the factory warehouse was closing in Michigan shortly!), he would personaly see to it that I had the RUSH overnight order sent out and I could get it for Saturday delivery. He even waived the extra UPS Saturday delivery fee!
Fingers crossed, I placed the order, recieved a couple of email confirmations with the UPS tracking #,
and then around 10:00 am Saturday, UPS delivered the Jobo Giga Vu PRO evolution 40gb PSD to eagerly awaiting hands!!!
INCREDIBLE SERVICE, incredible product and I am very happy to have done business with these guys and am especially glad to not be waiting for the Jobo Giga Vu PRO evolution 40gb to return to stock with my normal suppliers...

Just thought I'd give some "positive" feed back regarding the purchasing experience. First of all, I haven't purchased many thing's over the internet so I don't have a lot to compare it to but the process was defiantly a positive one. The answers to the questions that I asked prior to ordering were promt & gave all the required info. Your web site gave all the required info & the ordering & paying process was very easy. The main highlight was the delivery of the unit - US to Australia in only 6 working days from order!!! I was sweating on the delivery as it was a xmas gift & considering the amount of mail traffic that time of the year I was not sure the delivery time quoted was going to be achieved. Viewing the tracking of the shipment through UPS shipping was great & whilst I was not at home at the time of the delivery, the picking up of the package from the warehouse was very easy as the warehouse was located less than 1km from my work.
The gift was greatly appreciated & it now has many digital photo's loaded onto it.

First off, I have no business affiliations (or any other for that
matter) with peddlerstore.com.
For the second time in 2 years I have purchased parts for my Mindstor
PSS-1720 from http://peddlerstore.com. I'm in Alaska so shipping is a
big issue. Credit where credit is due, peddlerstore.com bent over
backwards to accommodate me and I had the replacement AC adapter I
needed (factory original) in less than a week. I'm used to doing
battle with suppliers and FWIW, at least from my experience (I've
purchase parts from them on 2 occasions: batteries, case, AC adapter),
they
are good folks to deal with.

you are going. Under XP Pro, the CD does nothing. In
reading old messages, I discovered that a software
upgrade didn't solve the problem anyway. So I have a
SanDisk 6-in-1 PC Card frame gathering dust. I just
bought a Minds@Work 4-in-1 from Peddler Store. It
works. Cost me $30 plus $8 S&H to get it delivered
from CA to WA.

The Argosy photo harddisk performed flawlessly over the course of the 10 day photo shoot. Once I worked out the USB 2.0 glitch, it was plenty fast when connected to my laptop. It's slower than the Mindstor, when copying the files from the compact flash card to the harddrive, but not painfully so.

Just getting caught up on my email and realized that I never let you know the
outcome of my problem. I was the person who had the Mac and accidentally messed
up my Mindstor which my computer then would not recognize. Wanted to let you
know that your suggestion to use a PC was great. I was able to reformat the
disk on the PC and presto! My mac recognized it again.I spoke with Apple also
who let me know that you cannot reformat PC disk on a Mac so that was the problem.
Thanks! Its great ot have it working gain before my upcoming trip to Ireland.
So glad that you took over the Mindstor franchise/business or whatever it is.

Yesterday, I receive my 20G FastTrax SmartDisk I ordered from
your company (Order #2016). My unit was received on time as promised, and I
want you to know that
I also appreciate your quick response to a delivery question I had. I normally
do not mail order from companies on the other side of the country from my location – I
am in Maryland – but "Peddler" was the only company I could find who had the
unit I wanted in stock. I was surprised to learn that your shipment time was
as fast as some nearby companies from which I have ordered! By the way, I love
my FastTrax SmartDisk! In fact, two people who saw my unit plan to place an order
soon – including my wife, who plans to buy one through work for her business.

I needed my Mindstor to take to Italy and I needed it next-day air. Steve was
so on top of it. I received e-mails for every step of the delivery process and
it arrived on time. I will definitely do more business with Peddler Store!

I was extremely happy with my repair experience at the PellerStore. My
digital wallet was repaired as requested. I received my repaired wallet
back the day before I requested it. Just couldn't be better. The
PeddlerStore is providing a valuable service since Minds@Work went out
of business.

I just bought a digital wallet at the peddlerstore and
I am completely pleased with the service provided by
Steve. I was having problems installing the product
and he helped me until it was fixed. He also was
going to replace my unit with another one. I will
rate the service as excellent. And the product as
well. I went to a trip to Europe and I was able to
take tons of pictures without any problem.
