PeddlerStore strives to insure our customers receive only the highest quality service and merchandise. All products sold through PeddlerStore are new & unopened, unless otherwise indicated (i.e. Close Out section of the web site). We realize at times you may need to return an item to us. To insure full credit for your returns, please adhere to the following:
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
PLEASE COMPLETELY INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.
BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE RECEIPT. DO NOT FILL OUT WARRANTY CARDS UNTIL YOU ARE CERTAIN YOUR MERCHANDISE IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND COMPLETE. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF THE MANUFACTURER'S PACKING MATERIALS.
READ INSTRUCTION MANUAL THOROUGHLY BEFORE TESTING YOUR NEW EQUIPMENT.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY if product is not exchanged. Defective or unopened product will have a 100% exchange value.
We will accept returns within 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT on UNUSED and UNOPENED items. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SENSITIZED MATERIALS, SPECIAL ORDERS, USED OR OPENED ITEMS. ALL RETURNS must have an RA (Return Authorization) number or the package WILL be refused. Please call the PeddlerStore at 1-949-496-6865 to receive a return authorization (R.A.) number.
- To assure full credit is issued, all items must be returned in ORIGINAL condition. All warranty cards, product manuals, etc. must be in ORIGINAL unaltered condition. Do not tape or deface manufacturer's original (product) cartons. Please write the RA number in a visible spot on the outside of the shipping carton. Returns received in other than ORIGINAL condition will NOT be accepted or returned. Returns without an authorized RA number will not be accepted. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
- Pack all items to be returned in a sturdy shipping carton (you may use the original shipping carton if you wish). Ship item back by the most convenient means. We suggest you ship by an insurable method. Please enclose a "copy" (keep original) of your sales receipt.
- Exchanged merchandise cannot be returned for a second exchange or credit.
- Credit for returns are normally processed within 5 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card used when the original order was placed. We will contact you for your credit card information as we do keep that information once the transaction is processed.
- PeddlerStore is not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse or failure to follow instructions specified in the supplied owner's manual.
- Full manufacturers warranties are supplied with merchandise purchased from PeddlerStore. Please call if you have any questions regarding the repairs or services covered under a manufacturer warranty.
